Controlled runs entirely on your phone and costs us nothing to run, so we will never charge for it. If we ever add something that does cost money to run, like an AI feature on a server, only that part could be paid: at cost, plus a 100% fee: of every dollar, 50¢ covers what it costs to run and 50¢ keeps the project going. Everything Controlled does today stays free.

How to install

Controlled is in a test on Google Play before it goes public.

  1. Tap Join the test and join the Google group, with the same Google account as your Play Store.
  2. Open the test on Google Play and tap Become a tester. If Play can't find it yet, try again in a day or two: the test opens once Google approves it.
  3. Install it from Google Play. For the TV, open Controlled on the same Wi-Fi as your TV and choose Accept on the TV. For a PC, choose Add a PC and follow the steps.

Controlled corre completo en tu celular y no nos cuesta nada mantenerlo, así que nunca te vamos a cobrar por él. Si algún día agregamos algo que sí cueste correr, como una función de IA en un servidor, solo esa parte podría ser de pago: al costo, más una tarifa del 100 %: de cada dólar, 50 ¢ cubren lo que cuesta correrla y 50 ¢ sostienen el proyecto. Todo lo que Controlled hace hoy seguirá gratis.

Cómo instalarlo

Controlled está en una prueba en Google Play antes de salir al público.

  1. Toca Únete a la prueba y únete al grupo de Google, con la misma cuenta de Google de tu Play Store.
  2. Abre la prueba en Google Play y toca Convertirse en verificador. Si Play todavía no la encuentra, intenta en uno o dos días: la prueba se abre cuando Google la aprueba.
  3. Instálala desde Google Play. Para el TV, abre Controlled en el mismo Wi-Fi de tu TV y elige Aceptar en el TV. Para un PC, elige Agregar un PC y sigue los pasos.
